TRAINING PROGRAM FEATURES
Whether you’re a beginner walker or an advanced runner this is your chance to have fun with friends, improve your fitness, achieve a new PR or complete your first 5K.

Train on your home treadmill, in your neighborhood, or local park—wherever it’s convenient for you.  All you need is a smartphone with web access and headphones to reap the benefits of this COVID-safe, virtual format.

See and interact live with Ultimate U trainers and your training group. It’s super-easy to log in via Zoom web meeting app. Not tech savvy? We’re here to help with live tech support available 9 am – 9 pm, 7 days per week.

Ultimate U’s team of training professionals will guide, motivate and inspire you every step of the way! Whether your goal is to walk your first 5K or crush your PR in your twentieth, Ultimate U’s trainers have the knowledge and experience to help you succeed.

Stop under- or over-training! Week by week, our pros will guide you safely to the next level.  You’ll be amazed at what you can accomplish with the right accountability, guidance and support!

Mondays       6:30 – 7:30 pm ET
Tuesdays      7:00 – 8:00 pm ET
Wednesdays   9:30 – 10:30 am ET
Thursdays     7:00 – 8:00 pm ET
Saturdays      8:30 – 9:30 am ET
